Rihanna is a girl with golden-heart. Fans admire her not only because of her heart-touching music but also because of her heart-melting philanthropist work.
Fifth Annual Diamond Ball event is coming next month. Robyn Rihanna Fenty’s CLF ( Clara Lionel Foundation) host this event. Riri founded CLF in 2012 in honor of her grandparents, Clara, and Lionel Braithwaite.
The objective of this foundation is to help underserved communities all over the world. It brings different programs for health care and education. Since the time of its birth, this foundation-funded almost 59 global projects. It offered $13 million in grants for assisting emergency response and education sectors.
This foundation believes that education is a fundamental right of a human being. It often serves as a weapon when a person needs to find with inequity or unjust situations. Every year millions of people get affected by natural disasters. The goal of CLF is to prepare some communities which help those people become victims of these disasters.
Foundation is working day and night to serve people who deserve a helping hand. Recently CLG announced a new partnership with International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region (IPPF/WHR) and Engineers Without Borders USA. The purpose is this new partnership is to improve the emergency response sector and to create adequate health facilities in the Caribbean. Rihanna’s Diamond Ball event will be held in New York City, on Sept. 12.
A host of this event is Emmy Award-winning comedian Seth Meyers. The event will honor Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley and activist Shaun King.  They will receive awards for their social justice efforts.
